Panorama’s mission is to transform modern governance through technology.We help boards of directors operate more efficiently, make better decisions, and create long-term value. But beyond tools, we believe governance is about people — empowered to make informed decisions, together.
Our story
The idea for Panorama came from a simple realization. After serving on several boards of directors, Roxanne Lessard experienced firsthand the challenges of ineffective governance: unstructured processes, significant time loss, and critical information scattered or unavailable when it mattered most.
This wasn’t an isolated issue — it was a widespread reality shared by thousands of board members, corporate secretaries, and executives.After engaging with over 100 organizations, Roxanne and her team confirmed what she had suspected: there was no solution truly designed for the realities of modern boards — intuitive, comprehensive, and grounded in governance best practices.
Panorama was born from that conviction.
In early 2023, after months of rigorous development and real-world validation, the first version of the platform was launched. It centralizes strategic information, automates key governance processes, and supports better decision-making — directly addressing the needs of the organizations that helped shape it.
The market response was immediate.
Within a year, Panorama earned the trust of thousands of users, was recognized among Québec Tech’s Top 20 Startups of 2024, received the Impact Award from the Fonds de solidarité FTQ, ranked in the top 4% of startups at Web Summit Lisbon, and achieved several other distinctions.
Today, Panorama is growing rapidly, with a clear ambition: to redefine governance for boards of directors worldwide.
