From concrete technological advances to strategic exchanges with organizations, this year has solidified Panorama's position as a trusted partner for modern, efficient, and human-centered governance.
In 2025, Panorama achieved 150% client growth, supporting organizations in both the private and non-profit sectors. This progress reflects a growing need for structured, secure, and high-performing governance tools capable of reducing the administrative burden, all while improving decision-making quality. By staying attuned to our users and evolving the platform according to their realities, Panorama has continued to fulfill its mission: enabling boards of directors to focus on what matters most; strategy, impact, and value creation.
The year 2025 was marked by the launch of MinutesIQ, our artificial intelligence solution dedicated to producing governance-grade meeting minutes. In June, we launched our beta program, announced at a private cocktail event in Quebec City, and began close collaboration with our partner organizations. Together, we tested, refined, and shaped MinutesIQ to address real governance challenges. This joint development, fueled by field feedback and our partners' expertise, culminated in November with the official launch of MinutesIQ: a tool co-created with and for modern governance leaders.
Designed to transform one of the most demanding tasks in corporate secretariat, MinutesIQ enables organizations to go from several hours of drafting to just minutes of review, without compromising on quality, compliance, or confidentiality.

2025 was the year of a major user experience overhaul. We redesigned agendas, minutes, and resolutions to create an interface where efficiency meets aesthetics. Well-crafted and structured documents strengthen organizations' credibility, whether with stakeholders, partners, or during strategic exchanges. Panorama is a tool that's a pleasure to use because it's polished, but most importantly reflects the seriousness and professionalism of the organisations that choose to implement Panorama.
This year, we developed features that directly address the daily challenges of governance professionals: simplifying meeting preparation, facilitating collaboration among directors, and reducing time spent on repetitive tasks. From optimized document management to more flexible invitation sending, to better organization of agenda items, each improvement aims to free up time for what truly matters: strategic thinking and decision-making.
We also transformed resolution management, enabling boards of directors to gain agility: adoption, signature, and tracking of resolutions are now smooth and intuitive, with a validation process that adapts to each organization's workflow.
Finally, to strengthen security and control, we expanded autonomous access and permission management capabilities, while offering tools to ensure confidentiality and traceability of sensitive documents. These updates reflect our commitment to our clients, to evolve the software according to their needs, while combining innovation, security, and usability.
Our founder and president, Roxanne Lessard, is proud to have contributed to the Excellence in Canadian Board Governance (ECBG) program of Women in Bio, an organization committed to promoting the careers, leadership, and entrepreneurship of women in the life sciences field.
The year 2025 was also marked by significant recognition of leadership within Panorama. Roxanne Lessard received the Women in Tech Award at the MTL Tech Awards, highlighting Panorama's impact in transforming governance to be more inclusive, transparent, and innovative.
